What do the header and footer template mean?

  • The header is a section of the document that appears in the top end of the page, while the footer is a section of the document that appears in the bottom end of the page. Headers and footers generally contain information such as page number, date, and document name.
  • You can add your own customized Header
    • Click on the “Employees” tab
    • Click on the “Letters” sub-tab
    • Scroll down to the Header Templates table
    • Click on Add Header Template
    • Type in your customized header information and click on save
  • You can add your own customized Footer
    • Click on the “Employees” tab
    • Click on the “Letters” sub-tab
    • Scroll down to the Footer Templates table
    • Click on Add Footer Template
    • Type in your customized footer information and click on save
