How do I upload documents for employee in bulk?

  • In case you want to upload documents in bulk for employees, you need to first create a “Employee Document Category”
    • Click on the “Organization”
    • Click on the “Employee Fields” sub tab
    • Click on the “Employee Documents”
    • Towards the right click on the "+ New Document"
    • Fill in the details and click on “Save Employee Document”
  • To upload documents in bulk
    • Click on the “Employees” tab
    • Towards the top centre click on the Bulk Actions dropdown
    • Click on Upload documents
    • Select the document type, document label format,
    • Choose the document file you want to upload (make sure all the document files should be in .zip format)
    • Click on Upload
