Allowance and Deduction Deletion Logs

We now record a complete log when any allowance or deduction is deleted across Fixed & Variable, Allowances and Deductions. The log displays who deleted it, the exact date and timestamp, and the original settings of the component that was removed. This improves audit readiness and ensures accountability.

Bulk Upload Bifurcation Controls

We’ve added options—All Employees, Some Employees and Specific Employees—across bulk actions such as bulk upload Attendance records, Payroll bulk inputs and Employee Directory bulk data upload. This gives admins precise control on who the uploaded data applies to, instead of system-wide changes by default. It minimizes mistakes, supports varied policy scenarios and makes bulk operations more adaptable. Teams benefit from faster, safer data processing aligned to business needs.

Revamped Letter Signing UI

We’ve redesigned the letter‑signing page accessed through email to significantly enhance document readability and alignment, allowing employees to clearly review letters before taking action. The updated interface now supports multiple signing options, drawing a signature, uploading an existing one or typing in a name and selecting from 15 newly added signature style presets. This added flexibility ensures a smoother, more intuitive signing experience, reduces friction and speeds up document turnaround.

Email Actions for Compensatory Off (Comp-Off)

We now send approval emails for Comp-Off requests similar to attendance, leave and expense workflows. Level 1 and Level 2 approvers receive notifications in sequence and can approve or reject instantly from the email without logging in. This reduces processing time, supports quick decision-making and ensures pending requests move faster through the workflow. Employees benefit from shorter wait cycles and a more responsive approval experience.

Weekly Pending Actions Email Notification

We’ve introduced a consolidated weekly email for Level 1 and Level 2 approvers. This single email includes all pending actions such as signatures, surveys, onboarding tasks, leave and leave cancellation approvals, attendance legalization, expense approvals, assessments and employee data or CTC related requests.

The update offers a structured overview to help approvers prioritize quickly. It reduces login dependency and ensures nothing remains overlooked in multi-step HR workflows.
