What's new in August 2018?
Mobile App Launch
Quikhex Android App will be available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on 15th August 2018. Users can log into the app using their web login credentials. Quikchex App is for Employees and Reporting Supervisors only. This release has Attendance, Leave, Employee Directory and Payslip modules. Following actions are now possible through the mobile app:
Attendance
- Employees can mark and view attendance from the comfort of their mobile devices
- Attendance data captures the GPS location with high accuracy. Geo-fencing ability will ensure that they are checking in from authorized locations
- Employees can mark attendance from only one authorized device
- Employees can apply for regularization which can be approved by their managers in-app. They can view the status of these requests and their attendance records in one place
Leave
- Request for leave in less than 5 seconds
- View up to date leave balances
- View detailed transaction history for all leave activities
- Supervisors can see their team’s leave balances and approve their leave requests on the fly
Payslip
- One-click access to your Salary Payslip and Tax Payslip
- View your tax deductions per month
- See component-wise breakup of your salary
- View all the tax details in one page
Employee Directory
- See your peer’s information and text, email, or call them with a tap
- Your organization’s contact details and titles always accessible at the palm of your hands
- Lightning fast search within the company directory
Other Important Features
- All application requests and transactions are routed through Quikchex's encrypted servers
- The mobile application does not transmit or use any sensitive personal information
- All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
- Username and password protected
- All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
