What is a cross reporting supervisor? How do I add one?

In the case of group companies, you may have an employee who may belong to one division. But that employee will be having subordinates in the other sister companies part of the group. Such an employee is called as a Cross Reporting Supervisor (CRS).

Steps to add a CRS

  1. Log into your licensor account and go to the Cross Reporting Supervisor link in the left sidebar
  2. Click on "+ Cross Reporting Supervisor". On the next page choose the parent company from which you will be converting to a CRS. Next chose the employee whom you wish to promote to a CRS & choose the additional companies where their subordinates are present.
  3. Click on the Save button.

Steps to edit a CRS

  1. Log into your licensor account and go to the Cross Reporting Supervisor link in the left sidebar
  2. Click on the Edit button for the CRS you wish to edit. Make the necessary changes
  3. Click on the Save button.
