1. Enhanced Calendar Module

Our calendar module now offers a comprehensive overview of daily activities, including birthdays, leaves, work anniversaries, onboarding & offboarding tasks, company holidays, and new joiners' first days. Tasks requiring approval are accessible only to approvers, ensuring streamlined operations.

2. Revamped Employee Directory

The admin's Employee Directory and employee Profile pages now feature a completely revamped UI. This ensures consistency and offers a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, streamlining information retrieval and providing a seamless experience.

3. Break Shift Functionality

We have introduced the Break Shift functionality, allowing users to incorporate breaks within their working hours. Admins can configure these breaks, enhancing scheduling efficiency and accommodating necessary pauses within the workflow.

4. Custom Fields in Salary Register Reports

Users can now select custom fields when generating Monthly Salary Register With Arrears and Monthly Salary Register reports. This feature provides deeper insights into the data and enhances the platform's flexibility to meet your specific needs.

5. Preview & Download Company Documents

Employees can now seamlessly preview and download company documents from the same window, simplifying document access and retrieval and empowering efficient document management.

6. Single Check-In as Present

The new attendance template settings feature allows the option to treat a single punch-in as a present status. This can be configured to meet the specific requirements of your organization, providing flexibility in attendance tracking.

7. Menu UI Update

The main menu on the left side of the screen now dynamically adjusts its color scheme according to organizational branding, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.

8. Streamlined Company Logo UI

Updating your company logo and name is now easier than ever. With just a few clicks from the top right corner, you can manage your branding without extensive navigation, offering increased flexibility and convenience.

9. Tooltips in Investments Module

The Investments module now includes tooltips that provide comprehensive guidance on each component, including eligibility and limits during tax submissions, ensuring users have clear insights and facilitating smoother navigation.

10. UI Updates for Leave & Expense Information

We have implemented UI changes in the Leave General Information and Expense General Information sections to provide a clean and seamless experience for employees, improving navigation and user interaction.

11. Cross Reporting Supervisor in PMS

Our PMS system now allows the assignment of cross-reporting supervisors for group companies. This enhancement streamlines reporting structures and ensures seamless communication and oversight within complex organizational setups.
