I am unable to apply for leave against an unused comp-off credit. Why is that the case?
- This is because your comp-off eligibility period has lapsed
- The comp-off eligibility period is measured from the date your comp-off was earned
- For example, assume your company has a comp-off eligibility period of 30 days. If you worked on August 15th, 2020 (which was a holiday), and your comp-off credit request was approved, you will have until September 14th, 2020 for you to take your leave day off. This means that the comp off credit earned can be used for a leave taken which has a date of September 14th, 2020 or earlier
