I am unable to submit my expense claim? What are the possible reasons?
- An expense policy template has not been assigned to you (you will need to request your Admin or HR Manager to assign a policy template to you)
- You have exceeded the amount claimable under a single claim or within a certain period of time (daily, monthly, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- You have exceeded the number of times you can submit a claim under that category within a certain period of time (daily, monthly, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- You have not uploaded a receipt which might be mandatory for a certain amount
Note: You can see your expense policy by going to Expense >> General Information where it will describe the policy restrictions if any
