How do I delete or make changes in the roster?

Making Changes:

  • Click on the “Roster” tab towards the left.
  • Click on the “My Team Roster” sub-tab
  • Choose the employee you want to edit the roster details.
  • Choose the date you want to make changes for and click on it.
  • In the select type dropdown choose if it’s a (Full working day, Half day week off, Full day week-off.)
  • In the select shift, dropdown choose the shift and work location if applicable.
  • Once you click on save, you will see a pop-up page.
  • It will ask you “Save changes to”
    • This date only: The Roster will be changed only for the date you have selected
    • This and all future days: The Roster will be changed for the date you have selected and all the future dates in the selected shift series
    • All dates in the series: The Roster will be changed for the date you have selected, all the future and  the past dates in the selected shift series

Note: In case you want to assign a roster for multiple people, towards the right you will see “Multi select” click on the button, next to it click on the “Bulk Actions” drop down, select "Assign Multiple Rosters" from the drop-down

Deleting Roster:

  • Click on the “Roster” tab towards the left
  • Click on the “My Team Roster” sub-tab
  • Choose the employee you want to edit the roster details
  • Choose the date you want to delete and click on it
  • Once you see an “Update shift allocation” pop up
  • Towards the left bottom click on the “Delete” button to delete the roster record
