When I upload the Roster I get an error - what do I do in this case?

  • When you get an error while uploading a Roster, make sure you download the error report which is in the last column for the Import/Export section
  • You can download the error file by clicking on the “red” download button under the actions column

Note: In order to rectify your mistakes, download the error file and make changes as mentioned in the error report and re-upload the roster
