How can I add an expense report for a team member?

In the App

  • Go to Expense >> Team Expenses and then click on the '+' icon in the bottom right corner
  • Select the employee name, choose or add a report and then fill the form similar to My Expenses

In the web portal

  • Click on the “Expense” tab towards the left
  • Click on the “Team Expenses” sub-tab
  • On the top right corner click on “Actions”
  • In the drop-down choose 'Add Expense Report'
  • Select the employee, report name, the advance amount of any & then click on Add New Expense
  • Fill the form similar to My Expenses
  • Click Submit
