How do I view the performance ratings of my team?

• Log into your Quikchex account and go to Performance >> My Team Performance Dashboard. Select the correct performance cycle from the cycle switcher on the top right corner
• Select Team Approvals and go through it.
• You will get the list of reporters eligible for the performance cycle along with their performance progress status
• Click on the View button under the Actions column to view the Performance Profile of any particular employee
• Here you can see their Goal Plan, Assessments, Submissions made by the employee, and Final Recommendation for the employee.
