How do I regularize my attendance or change my check in or check out time? When would I need to do this?

In the App
  • Click on the hamburger menu button on the top left corner or swipe from left
  • Click on Attendance >> My Regularization Requests
  • Click on the '+' button to add a request
  • Fill the required details and click on Submit

In the web portal
Method 1: From the Dashboard
  • Log into your Quickchex account. In case you are an admin use the profile icon on the top right corner to switch to the employee portal
  • On the dashboard, you will see the  "Calendar" card on the right side
  • Click on the date for which you want to regularize and select the"Apply for Regularization" option
  • Select the type of request, enter the  timings, reason, and comments
  • Click on the Submit button

Method 2: From the Attendance menu

  • Click on the “Attendance” tab on the left
  • Click on “My Attendance Records”
  • Under the actions column towards the right, click on the + symbol for the date you want to regularize your attendance
  • Select the type of request, enter the  timings, reason, and comments
  • Click on the Submit button

Note: You need to do this in case you forget to check in or check out, in case you were on outdoor duty,  forgot to mark your attendance or the biometric system was not working
