How to request for employee data change?

Employees can request changes to their profile information from the employee portal by following these steps:

  1. Go to: My HR >> My Profile >> Actions
  2. Click on: + Add Data Change Request
  3. Choose the section and the corresponding fields you want to change, then click on Proceed .
  4. Enter the new information in the "Proposed Value" field and click on Submit .

Your request will be submitted for the admins to verify and take action, i.e., approve or reject
