How to request for employee data change?
Employees can request changes to their profile information from the employee portal by following these steps:
- Go to:
My HR>>My Profile>>Actions - Click on:
+ Add Data Change Request - Choose the section and the corresponding fields you want to change, then click on
Proceed. - Enter the new information in the "Proposed Value" field and click on
Submit.
Your request will be submitted for the admins to verify and take action, i.e., approve or reject
