Why am I unable to view the 'Start' option under Assessments for my team mates?

If you are unable to start the assessment for your team mates due to the unavailability of the 'Actions' icon under Assessments, then make sure that the assessment that you have chosen is unlocked. If goals are applicable, then the goals should be unlocked and approved as well before moving on to the assessments.
