How to fill and submit a survey?

You can fill and submit a survey either through email or through web portal

1) Web Portal Steps

After you login with your official email you'll see a popup to fill the survey

Click on the link > Enter your responses > save

2) Email Steps :

You'll receive a mail from support@quikchex.in

Click on "submit your response" > Enter your responses > save
