What is the difference between a mandatory and a flexi holiday?

• A Mandatory Holiday is a holiday that an employee has to avail of compulsorily. Examples include Independence Day (August 15^th), Republic Day (Jan 26^th), or Gandhi Jayanti (October 2^nd). Your Admin will configure a pre-defined list of holidays for each calendar year
• A Flexi Holiday is a holiday which you can choose to avail yourself. Usually, you will be allowed to avail yourself a fixed number of flexi-holidays from a pre-defined list of flexi-holidays set by your Admin. Examples include regional holidays like Onam or religious holidays like Parsi New Year, Christmas, or Id
