Where do I check my leave application status?

• Click on the “Leave” tab towards the left
• Click on “My Applications”.
• Click on "Pending Applications"
• Here you will be able to view your leave application status
• Your leave status could be any of one of the following:
  • Approved: this means that your leave application has been granted by your supervisor and your leave balance has been deducted accordingly
  • Rejected: this means that your leave application has been denied by your level 1 or level 2 supervisor, and your leave  balance remains unaffected
  • Level 1 Pending: this means that your leave application has yet to be approved by your primary supervisor
  • Level 2 Pending: this means that your leave application has been approved by your primary supervisor, but is yet to be approved by your 2^nd level supervisor
  • Canceled: this means that your approved leave was canceled either by you, your supervisor, or admin, and your leave balance has been credited back to you
