How to apply for break shift regularisation ?

As an employee, you have the ability to regularize your break shift directly through our HRMS. This process ensures that any adjustments to your break times are accurately recorded and approved by your supervisor or HR. Follow this step-by-step guide to raise a break shift regularization request.

Step-by-Step Guide to Regularize Your Break Shift

Step 1: Login to the HRMS

  • Open your HRMS platform.
  • Enter your employee credentials to log in.

Step 2: Access the Attendance Module

  • Navigate to the main dashboard.
  • Select the ‘Attendance Module’ from the menu.

Step 3: Go to My Attendance Records

  • Within the Attendance Module, click on ‘My Attendance Records’.
  • This section displays your attendance records.

Step 4: Search for the Specific Date

  • Use the search functionality to find the specific date you need to regularize.
  • Enter the date in the search bar and press enter.

Step 5: Initiate a Regularization Request

  • Locate the ‘Actions’ column for the selected date.
  • Click on the plus button (+) to initiate a new regularization request.

Step 6: Open the Regularization Request Form

  • A new regularization request form will open.
  • This form allows you to specify the details of your break shift regularization.

Step 7: Select Break Regularization

  • In the ‘Type of Request’ dropdown menu, select ‘Break Regularization’.
  • This option indicates that you are adjusting your break times.

Step 8: Enter Break Details

  • Enter the start and end time of the break you are regularizing.
  • Ensure the times are accurate to reflect the actual break period.

Step 9: Provide a Reason and Comment

  • Select the reason for the regularization from the available options.
  • Enter a comment explaining the reason for the break regularization.
  • This is important for transparency and for your approver's understanding.

Step 10: Submit the Request

  • After entering all the necessary details, click the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Your regularization request will now be raised and sent to your Level 1 approver, which could be your supervisor or HR.
