How to Update Information using Data Request Email Link via E-mail?

You may receive an email from the HR department via support@quikchex.in requesting you to update specific information in your employee profile. This guide will help you easily complete the request without needing to log in to your Quikchex account.

Step 1: Open the Email from HR

  1. Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from support@quikchex.in with the subject related to an employee data update request. It might say something like, "HR Team requested an update to your employee information."
  2. Review the Email: The email will specify the data fields that need updating and suggest keeping the required information ready.
  3. Click on the Link: Inside the email, you'll see a "Click Here" link. This link will take you directly to the page where you can update your information securely.

Step 2: Update Your Information

  1. Direct Access: Clicking the link will take you straight to the update page. There's no need to log in with a password.

    Review Current and Proposed Values:

    • Current Value: If the field already has data, you'll see it displayed.
    • Proposed Value: If the data needs correction, update it with the accurate information.
  2. Enter New Data: For fields without existing data, blank fields will appear for you to fill in. For example, if you're updating your marital status, select the appropriate option from the dropdown.
  3. Save Your Changes: After reviewing or entering the necessary information, click the Save button. Your updates will be sent to HR for approval.

Step 3: Await HR Approval

  1. HR Review: Once you submit your information, it will be reviewed by HR. No further action is required from you unless HR contacts you for more details.
  2. Confirmation: After HR approves your update, you'll receive a confirmation.
