How to start confirmation and fill confirmation assessment form?


As a supervisor, you play a critical role in evaluating an employee’s performance during their probation period. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and complete the confirmation assessment template.


1. Log in to Your Account

  • Access Your Account
    • Log in to the HRMS system using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Confirmation Requests

  1. Go to My Team Module
    • On the left-hand side of the dashboard, locate and click on the My Team module.
  2. Select Pending Confirmation Requests
    • Within the My Team module, find and select the Pending Confirmation Requests option.
  3. Search for the Employee
    • Browse through the list of pending requests to find the employee you need to review.
    • Use the search functionality if necessary to quickly locate the specific employee.
  4. Start Review
    • Click on the Start Review button next to the employee’s name to begin the confirmation assessment.

3. Complete the Confirmation Assessment Form

  1. Access the Assessment Form
    • The confirmation assessment form will appear on your screen.
  2. Enter Your Inputs
    • Fill out all required fields in the form. Answer each question based on your evaluation of the employee’s performance.
  3. Save and Continue
    • Once you have completed all the questions, click Save and Continue to proceed.


4. Finalize the Confirmation Process

  1. Select Confirmation Date
    • Choose the appropriate Confirmation Date from the options provided. This date is generally the end of the probation period but can be adjusted if needed.
  2. Enter Comments
    • Add any comments or additional feedback relevant to the employee’s confirmation.
  3. Save Your Input
    • Click Save to record your responses and finalize your part of the confirmation process.

5. Complete the Process

  • Review Completed
    • Once saved, your part of the confirmation process is complete. The request will then move to the next level or be forwarded to the admin for final review.

By following these steps, you ensure that the confirmation assessment is completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a well-organized employee confirmation process.
