How to restrict Supervisors from updating backdated roster records for their team members?

To restrict Supervisors from updating backdated roster records for their team members:

  1. Go to the Attendance Module from the main menu.
  2. Open Settings and navigate to General Settings.
  3. In this section, locate the option “Any restriction on updating backdated roster from Supervisor Login?”
  4. Set this option to Yes to prevent supervisors from modifying any past (backdated) roster entries for their team.
  5. A subsequent setting "Within how many days is a supervisor allowed to update the roster from the date of occurrence?" comes up. This setting controls how many days before today a supervisor is allowed to change an employee’s roster; anything older than the set limit cannot be edited.
  6. Save the settings
