What does the rollover mean? How does it work?

Rollover refers to the process of carrying forward eligible leave balances from one leave cycle to the next.

At the end of a leave cycle, the system closes the previous cycle by transferring the applicable leave balances to the new cycle—either fully, partially (as per the defined cap), or lapsing the remaining balance—based on the configuration set in the system.

To initiate the rollover at the start of the new leave cycle, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Quikchex Admin account
  2. Navigate to Leave > Rollover
  3. Click on “Generate Rollover”
