How do I prevent admins from adding a minimum wage violating CTC to an employee?

Note: This is applicable only to clients who have subscribed to the compliance module

1. Go to Payroll >> Payroll Settings
2. Under the General Settings table scroll to the question "Do you want to stop the creation or updation of CTC in case of a minimum wage violation?"
3. Select Yes & save the settings
