How can I submit letter for Employee Signature?
Employee Signature
- Go to Employees module >> Generated Letters
- Click on the "+Generate Letter" button on the right
- You can use a Pre-Defined letter template or you also have an option to use a one-time letter document
- If you are using a Pre-Defined letter template, select the Template name from the drop-down
- Choose the "Specific Employees" option and select the required employees you wish to generate the letter for
- Click on "Submit for Signature From Employee"
Note: Employee Sign is a dynamic field that must be incorporated into your letter document file while uploading.
