How can I share Announcement with employees?


  • The announcement feature can be used when you want to share any important updates/information with the employees.
  • Go to the "+" option on your dashboard and click on "Create Announcement".
  • Mention the subject/title of the information and a brief description of the update you wish to share with employees.
  • You can also include the announcement expiry date so that it will only be visible to employees up to the mentioned date.
  • You can show this announcement as a pop-up on the web & mobile app, set the frequency of this pop-up (one time/daily/weekly/monthly), and also request employee acknowledgment for the same.
  • If required, the announcement can also be sent as an email to employees.
