How to view employee data change requests and take action?

Admins can view, approve or reject employee data change requests by following the steps given below:

  • Go to Employees >> Employee Transactions
  • Select the employee whose request needs to be viewed
  • Click on view request under "Actions" 
  • You can individually approve or reject each requested field
  • Or you can select "Approve all" or "Reject all"
  • Once the action has been taken by the admin, employees would see it as approved or rejected on their portal.
