How to submit requests to employees for data change?

Admins can raise requests to employees for data change by following the steps given below:

  • Employee >> Employee Transactions
  • Click on " Actions" >> Request Employee Information
  • Select for which employees it is applicable
  • Also, select the fields and whether to hide if there is an existing value for the field
  • You can also opt to send notifications and reminder emails to the employees.
  • Then finally click on "Send Request to Employees"

Now, this request will be visible on the employee portal for the employees to submit the required data or documents.
