How to submit requests to employees for data change?
Admins can raise requests to employees for data change by following the steps given below:
- Employee >> Employee Transactions
- Click on " Actions" >> Request Employee Information
- Select for which employees it is applicable
- Also, select the fields and whether to hide if there is an existing value for the field
- You can also opt to send notifications and reminder emails to the employees.
- Then finally click on "Send Request to Employees"
Now, this request will be visible on the employee portal for the employees to submit the required data or documents.
