How to setup employee data change requests?

Employee Data change requests allows you to request employees for change/modification of fields under the employee profile like Name, Address, Aadhar, PAN, Bank Details, Documents, etc. You can also let employees request for data change/modification. 

Here's how you can start using it. 

  • Go to "Organization">>"Organization Settings">>"Employee Fields"
  • Choose any option under the "Employee Fields">>Edit/Add Employee Field
  • You will see a question there "Can Employees Request Data Changes?"
  • Click "Yes" to enable and "No" to disable
  • Upon selecting "Yes" you can further choose to "Auto Approve" request or "Admin Approval Required"
  • Click "Save"
