How to approve goals submitted by employees?

Employees have the option to submit goals and their progress from their employee portal. Once submitted, these goals are available for the admins to approve or reject and they can also track the progress under each goal category.

Once the goals are submitted by the employees, admins can view them and take action by following the steps given below:

  • Go to Performance Module<<Performance Dashboard
  • Select "Goals" and choose the applicable goal period
  • Select "View All Approvals"
  • To individually Approve or Reject, Click on Actions next to the employee name and take action accordingly
  • To Bulk approve or reject, click "Actions" in the top-right corner and select the appropriate option.
