How to invite a new joinee to the self-onboarding portal?
- From the dashboard, go to the left panel>>
- Click on the "Employees" >> "Directory" >> + Add Employee (on the right side)
- Would you like to enable self-onboarding for this employee? Select "YES"
- Fill the mandatory details (on red asterisk) and submit.
Basic Details of the employee:
Employment Details:
Salary and Statutory Details:
CTC Template need to be created.
Note: Once the above details are filled the profile will be created for that respective employee.
Other Info, Documents, Policies and Tasks:
Note:
- Policies of leave and attendance can be assigned.
- Reporting Supervisor can also be assigned.
- Tasks can be scheduled for the respective department on the employee joining date.

Note: Invite link can be modified according to you through "Welcome message" and/or can share the "First Day Information".
