How to invite a new joinee to the self-onboarding portal?

  • From the dashboard, go to the left panel>>
  • Click on the "Employees" >> "Directory" >> + Add Employee (on the right side)
  • Would you like to enable self-onboarding for this employee? Select "YES"

  • Fill the mandatory details (on red asterisk) and submit.

Basic Details of the employee:

Employment Details:

Salary and Statutory Details:

CTC Template need to be created.

Note: Once the above details are filled the profile will be created for that respective employee.


Other Info, Documents, Policies and Tasks:

Note:

  • Policies of leave and attendance can be assigned.
  • Reporting Supervisor can also be assigned.
  • Tasks can be scheduled for the respective department on the employee joining date.

Invite:

Note: Invite link can be modified according to you through "Welcome message" and/or can share the "First Day Information".
