How to setup Onboarding Checklist?

In order to setup onboarding checklist you have to create Onboarding Categories , Onboarding Tasks and the Onboarding Checklist Templates.

1) How to create a Onboarding Task Category?

  1. Navigate through Dashboard >> Organisation >> HR Workflow Settings >> Onboarding Settings
  2. Click on the Dropdown Icon >> Onboarding Checklist Templates >> Onboarding Categories
  3. Click on "Add New Task Category" >> Enter the category label >> Save

2) How to create Onboarding Task ?

  1. Navigate through Dashboard >> Organisation >> HR Workflow Settings >> Onboarding Settings
  2. Click on the Dropdown Icon >> Onboarding Checklist Templates >> Onboarding Tasks
  3. Click on "Add Custom Task" >> Enter the necessary details >> Save

3) How to create Onboarding Checklist Templates ?

  1. Navigate through Dashboard >> Organisation >> HR Workflow Settings >> Onboarding Settings
  2. Click on the Dropdown Icon >> Onboarding Checklist Templates >> Onboarding Checklist Templates
  3. Click on "Add Template" >> Enter the checklist label >> Select Tasks >> Select Assign to >> Select Due Date
  4. Click on "Add Task" to add another task and follow steps mentioned in step 3
  5. After adding all the required tasks click on Save.
