Step-by-Step Guide to Regularize Break Shifts

Step 1: Login as an Admin

Open your HRMS platform.

Enter your admin credentials to log in.

Step 2: Access the Attendance Module

Navigate to the main dashboard.

Select the ‘Attendance Module’ from the menu.

Step 3: Go to Attendance Records

Under the Attendance Module, locate and click on the ‘Attendance Records’ sub-module.

This section allows you to view and manage attendance records of all employees.

Step 4: Search for the Desired Employee

Use the search functionality to find the employee whose break shift you want to regularize.

Enter the employee’s name or ID in the search bar and press enter.

Step 5: Select the Date to Regularize

From the attendance records, locate the specific date you need to regularize for the chosen employee.

Click on the date to open the regularization page.

Step 6: Open the Regularization Page

After selecting the date, the regularization page will open.

This page allows you to make adjustments to the employee’s attendance records.

Step 7: Select Break Regularization

In the regularization page, look for the ‘Type of Request’ dropdown menu.

Select ‘Break Regularization’ from the list of options.

Step 8: Enter Break Details

Enter the start and end time of the break you are regularizing.

Ensure the times are accurate to reflect the actual break period.

Step 9: Add a Comment

Provide a comment explaining the reason for the break regularization.

This is important for record-keeping and for any future reference.

Step 10: Submit the Regularization Request

After entering all the necessary details, click the ‘Submit’ button.

The break is now regularized in the system.


Note : Break Regularisation of an already regularised date will overwrite the existing regularisation
