How to Customize the Payslip Background in Quikchex HRMS ?
With our latest update, HRMS now allows administrators to personalize the appearance of employee payslips. This customization feature lets you modify the header background and font color to better align with your company's branding. This guide will walk you through the steps to customize the payslip view in HRMS.
Step-by-Step Guide
1) Access Payroll Settings:
Log in to your HRMS account as an administrator.
Navigate to the Payroll Settings section from the main dashboard.
2) Go to Payslip Settings:
Within Payroll Settings, locate and click on Payslip Settings.
Click on the Edit button to start customizing the payslip view.
You will see fields for your Company Name and an option to add a Note. You can fill in or update these fields as needed.
3) Customize the Header Background Color:
Below the company name and note, you’ll find the option to select the header background color.
Click on the colored line beneath the "Please select background color for employee details" header label.
A color palette will appear, allowing you to choose the color that best matches your company's branding.
4) Select the Font Color:
Just below the header background color option, there is an option to select the Font Color.
Click on the colored line below the "Please select font color for employee details header" label, and choose the color that complements your header background.
5) Save and Preview Changes:
Once you've made your selections, click the Save button to apply the changes.
To see how your customizations look, click on Payslip Preview. This will display a preview of the header background and font color you’ve selected, allowing you to ensure everything looks just right before finalizing.
