How to assign the confirmation assessment template?


The Confirmation Assessment Template plays a crucial role in evaluating an employee’s performance during their probation period. You can assign this template either by editing an employee’s profile after hiring or while creating the employee’s profile. Below are the steps for both methods.


Method 1: Assigning the Template Through the Employee's Profile

  1. Log in as an Admin

    Ensure that you are logged in using your admin credentials.

    Go to the Employees Module

    • Navigate to the Employees Module and select the Directory option.
    • Search for the employee to whom you want to assign the confirmation template.

      Open the Employee's Profile

    • Once you locate the employee, click on the pencil icon to open their profile for editing.

      Access the Employment Section

    • Inside the profile, go to the Employment Section.
    • Under Employment Status, you’ll find the option to assign a Confirmation Assessment Template.

      Assign the Confirmation Assessment Template

    • Select the appropriate template from the dropdown menu and save the changes.


Method 2: Assigning the Template During Employee Profile Creation

  1. Create the Employee’s Profile

    While creating a new employee profile, enter the basic details like personal information and contact details.

    Enter Employment Details

    • After the basic details, move to the Employment Details section. Here, you will be required to enter:
      • Employee Code
      • Joining Date
      • Employment Type
      • Employment Status
      • Department

        Confirmation Due Date and Template Selection

    • Once the employment details are filled in, the system will automatically calculate the Confirmation Due Date.
    • Below the calculated date, you will see an option to select the Confirmation Assessment Template. Choose the appropriate template from the dropdown at this time.

By following these steps, you can easily assign the confirmation assessment template either during profile creation or later by editing the employee’s profile.
