How to view processed attendance records ?

This article will guide you through the steps required to view processed attendance records within Quikchex HRMS software. Please ensure you are logged in with admin access to proceed with the instructions.

Steps to View Processed Attendance Records:

  1. Log in as Admin

    Begin by logging into your HRMS account using your admin credentials. Without admin access, the functionality to view and process attendance records will not be available.

  2. Navigate to the Attendance Module

    Once logged in, locate and click on the "Attendance" module from the main dashboard.

  3. Access the Attendance Process

    Inside the Attendance module, navigate to the "Attendance Process" section. This section will display a dashboard where you can view the attendance records for different months.

  4. Select the Desired Month

    The dashboard will present you with a list of months for which attendance data is available, such as May 2024, June 2024, and so on. Select the month for which you want to view the attendance records by clicking on it.

  5. View Summary of Attendance

    Once you select a specific month, look to the right side of the page where you'll find a "Summary" page. Here, you’ll see a View button. Click on this button to display a detailed list of attendance records for the selected month.

    Attendance Details

    The attendance summary will show the following details for each active employee:

    • Employee Name
    • Employee Code
    • Total Days (Total working days in the selected month)
    • Total Payable Days (The number of days for which the employee is eligible for payment)
    • Total Non-Payable Days (Days where the employee was not eligible for payment, such as unpaid leave)
    • Leave Days
    • Status (This will show if the attendance is synced with the payroll or if there are any pending actions required)
  6. Search for Individual Employees

    If you wish to view attendance details for a specific employee, use the search bar located at the top of the summary page. Enter the employee’s name or code, and the system will display their attendance records.

  1. Download Attendance Process Register
  • To download the attendance records, you can use the Register icon located next to the View button. This feature allows you to:
    • Download attendance for all employees
    • Select specific employees for whom you want to download attendance
    • Apply filters to narrow down your selection before downloading the report

      Once your filters are applied, click on the Generate button, and the attendance report will be generated for download in your desired format.

By following these steps, you can efficiently view and download processed attendance records for any month within the HRMS system. This allows for easy management and review of attendance data, ensuring accurate payroll processing and employee tracking.
