Product Updates
This article provides a summary of all the latest product updates. The updates are arranged from newest to oldest, making it easier for you to track recent changes first. You can scroll down to view earlier updates in sequence.
Suppression List
The Suppression List feature enables admins to track emails that have bounced and were added to the suppressed list. These emails no longer receive system notifications, which could lead to missed updates. Admins can view the status, date and details of such emails and take action. They can also manually remove emails from the list to resume delivery. This ensures important communication reaches all intended recipients. To know more Click Here.
HoD & Level-Up Supervisor's Visibility & Permissions
Admins can now control who can view and act on Attendance, Leave and Expense requests by selecting either the Head of Department or Level Up users. These roles can be given view-only access or permission to approve, reject and create requests. This allows for more precise delegation of responsibility. It also aligns the workflow with the organization’s reporting structure. The feature improves accountability and speeds up the request lifecycle.
Copy Contact Info in Employee Directory
A clipboard icon has been added beside each employee’s email ID and contact number in the employee directory. Admins can now copy this information with a single click. This reduces the need for manual typing and avoids errors. It also simplifies the process of contacting employees. The feature is especially useful during time-sensitive communication.
LWF Override in Payroll Inputs
During payroll processing, admins can now override the default Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) amount manually. The feature gives more flexibility and control to payroll teams. It ensures compliance with internal policies or statutory variations. The override is recorded for transparency.
Updated UI on Leave Rollover Page
The Leave Rollover page has been redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Information is better organized and key actions are easier to perform. Admins can now manage rollover settings more efficiently. The update also aligns the UI with our latest design standards. It enhances usability without changing the underlying functionality.
Level 3 Approvers for Requests
The system now allows three levels of approvers in Attendance, Leave and Expense modules. This applies to both parallel and non-parallel approval workflows. Organizations can now implement more detailed approval hierarchies. It supports complex structures and ensures better governance. The feature adds scalability to the approval process.
Auto Employee Code Generation
A new setting in Organization Settings now enables automatic employee code generation during onboarding. Admins can choose between a single series or multiple series based on department, location, work location or employee grade. Prefixes and starting numbers can be defined for each series and numbering can be either shared or separate across them. The system autogenerates codes during manual, bulk and self-onboarding processes. A default series can also be set for unmatched cases, ensuring consistency and reducing manual effort. Higher TDS Deduction for Employees Without Valid PAN
As per Section 206AA of the Income Tax Act, we have introduced a compliance update in our HRMS to handle cases where an employee's PAN is either not provided or found invalid. In such cases, the system will automatically deduct TDS at a higher rate—20% or the applicable income tax slab rate, whichever is higher. To activate or deactivate this for employee follow the path Employee Profile > Statutory > “Tax on No PAN & Inoperative PAN” (Yes/No).
New Option for Admin to Record Voluntary Tax Paid by Employees
We have introduced a new option in our HRMS to capture voluntary tax payments made by employees, such as advance tax or self-assessment tax. If an employee has paid such tax directly to the Income Tax Department, the admin can now record this under the Investments section on behalf of employees, provided the employee submits valid challan proof.
Employees Can Now Request Bank Account Changes via Data Change Request
We have enabled a new feature in our HRMS allowing employees to raise a data change request for updating their bank account details. This request will follow the standard approval workflow set by your organization. Once approved by the designated approver, the new bank details will be updated in the system.
Email Notifications Enabled for Goal Approvals in PMS
We have enabled email notifications in the Performance Management System (PMS) for goal-related actions. When an employee submits goals and approval is required, the designated approver will receive an email notification. This ensures timely communication, faster approvals and smoother goal-setting without delays.
Middle Name Field Added in Employee Directory
We have enhanced the Employee Directory by introducing a separate field for the middle name, in addition to the existing first and last name fields. Admins now have the option to make the middle name field mandatory and can also bulk upload middle names using the employee master upload.
New Reports for Confirmation Assessment Tracking
We’ve added two new reports under the Confirmation module: Template-wise Confirmation Request Assessment Report and Employee-wise Confirmation Request Assessment Report. The reports include key information such as which employees were confirmed, the status of their assessments, and who performed the confirmations—making it easier to track and analyze confirmation processes across templates.
Notice Period Configuration for Contractual Employees Enabled
We’ve enhanced our Off-boarding module to support notice period configuration for contractual employees. Earlier, this option was restricted to regular employees, but now admins can define and customize notice periods for contractual roles as well. This can be set up by navigating to Organization Settings > Off-boarding Settings, ensuring greater flexibility and compliance with varied employment terms.
Logs Added in Attendance, Leave and Expense Settings
To enhance transparency and auditability, we have now introduced logs in the settings sections of Attendance, Leave and Expense modules. Admins will now be able to view a detailed history of changes made in these settings, along with the username of the person who made each change. This ensures better tracking and control over critical policy configurations. To know more Click Here.
Payroll Processing for Hold Employees
We have introduced a new option that allows admins to decide whether payroll should be processed for employees who are on hold. When an employee is marked as On Hold, the system will prompt the admin with a question: “Do you want to process payroll for this employee?” If the admin selects No, payroll will not be processed for that employee. If the admin selects Yes, payroll will be processed, and their details will appear in a separate sheet in the salary register dedicated to hold employees. This update provides admins with greater flexibility and control over payroll processing for employees on hold.
Employee Location and Designation in Applications
We have enhanced the system by displaying the employee’s location and designation in the Attendance, Leave, and Expense applications. Earlier, this information was not visible. With this update, admins and approvers can now view the employee’s location and designation details directly while reviewing attendance, leave, or expense requests, ensuring better clarity and tracking.
Attendance Process Update for Unprocessed Employees
While syncing attendance to payroll, a pop-up now shows all employees with unprocessed attendance. By default, LOP days are created. Admins can deselect employees if LOP should not apply. Clicking Create LOP will generate LOP days only for the selected employees. To know more Click Here.
Onboarding & Offboarding Checklist Update
A new option “Trigger how many days in advance” has been added. Admins can now set email and alert notifications to trigger on the due date (0) or a chosen number of days before it. Earlier, notifications were sent immediately upon checklist assignment—now they can be scheduled based on due dates. To know more Click Here.
Payroll Reports – Monthly Salary Register with Arrears
In Reports → Payroll Reports → Monthly Salary Register with Arrears, new Register Type option has been added. While generating the report, admins can now choose from: Salary Register with Arrears (separate) Salary Register without Arrears Only Arrears
Payroll – CTC Structure Additional Components
In Payroll → General Settings, admins can now configure additional CTC components such as Gratuity, Admin Charges and EDLI Charges. Previously, once these options were enabled in settings, they were applied to all employees by default, without flexibility. With the new update, these components will only be applied if they are selected both in General Settings and also marked as “Yes” in the individual Employee CTC. This ensures that admins have more granular control, allowing these charges to be included only for relevant employees, instead of being applied universally.
Enhanced Confirmation Workflow
We’ve introduced a smoother and more user-friendly confirmation workflow. Now, HR teams can easily assign specific assessment templates to individual employees, allowing for more tailored and accurate evaluations. The assessment process is further streamlined with clearer visibility of assessor feedback, enabling managers to take prompt actions based on recommendations. Additionally, automated email notifications for admins, assessors and employees keep everyone in the loop at every stage of the process. This update saves time, improves communication and ensures better decision-making throughout the confirmation process. Click here for more information.

We’ve updated the UI for the Expense and Attendance modules on our mobile app for both Android and iOS, introducing a cleaner, more intuitive layout. This redesign ensures effortless navigation, allowing users to manage expenses and track attendance with minimal clicks.
Restricted Admin for Employee Onboarding
We’ve introduced a feature that allows restricted admins to onboard new employees without needing access to payroll details. The admin can enter employee data and their CTC can be added later by other admins with permission, eliminating the need for payroll information at the onboarding stage. This simplifies the process for admins who do not need to manage payroll while still allowing them to complete essential employee onboarding tasks. This feature accelerates the onboarding process and allows for more efficient task delegation without compromising data security.
Pending Leave Applications Can Now Only Be Cancelled
To improve transparency and ensure better tracking of leave requests, pending leave applications can now only be cancelled, not deleted. Previously, deleted applications made tracking and record-keeping difficult. With this update, canceled applications are still retained in the system, ensuring complete visibility and easier tracking. This change brings more accountability to leave management and helps prevent discrepancies in tracking leave requests.

This feature is designed to simplify the process and ensure greater accuracy in calculating variable payroll components. With Formula Builder, you’ll have a more efficient and flexible approach to handling complex payroll adjustments. We look forward to bringing this capability to you soon.
Change Logs in Expense & Advance Expense
