Assets Management Dashboard


The Assets Management Dashboard provides administrators with a centralized view of all organizational assets. It helps track asset availability, assignments, costs, conditions, and distribution across departments and locations.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard allows administrators to monitor the following key information:

  • Total Assets – Displays the total number of assets available in the organization.
  • Total Assigned Assets – Shows the number of assets currently assigned to employees.
  • Available Assets – Indicates the number of assets that are available for assignment.
  • Current Cost of Assets – Displays the total current value or cost of all assets.

Dashboard Charts

The dashboard includes graphical reports to help administrators analyze asset data:

1. Assigned vs. Unassigned Assets

Displays the distribution of assets based on their current status:

  • Assigned Assets
  • Available Assets
  • Unavailable Assets

This chart helps administrators quickly identify how many assets are in use and how many are available for allocation.

2. Asset Assigned Category Wise

Shows the number of assigned assets grouped by asset category, such as:

  • Laptops
  • Software Access
  • Mobile Phones
  • Meeting Tables
  • Digital Access

This helps track which asset categories are most frequently assigned.

3. Asset Assigned Department Wise

Displays asset assignments across different departments, such as:

  • Marketing
  • Accounts
  • HR
  • Administration
  • Other departments

This enables administrators to monitor department-wise asset allocation.

4. Asset Assigned Location Wise

Shows how assets are distributed across different office locations or branches, helping organizations track assets at each location.

Asset Summary

The Asset Summary section provides detailed information for each asset type, including:

  • Asset Label – Name of the asset.
  • Type of Asset – Physical or Digital asset.
  • Total Assets – Total quantity of the asset.
  • Assigned – Number of assets currently assigned.
  • Unassigned – Number of assets available for assignment.

Asset Condition

Administrators can monitor the condition of assets, categorized as:

  • New
  • Good
  • Fair
  • Poor

This helps identify assets that may require maintenance or replacement.

Asset Unavailability

This section displays assets that are currently unavailable due to:

  • Damaged
  • Under Repair

It helps administrators keep track of assets that cannot be assigned until they are repaired or replaced.

Quick Actions

  • Pending Employee Acknowledgement – View and manage pending asset acknowledgement requests from employees.

    Pending Asset Recovery – Track and manage pending asset recovery requests for assets that need to be collected from employees during resignation, transfer, or asset return.

  • Pending Asset Request Approval – Review and approve or reject asset requests submitted by employees.
