What is a Question Bank?

In HRMS surveys, a question bank is a handy feature that allows HR professionals to store and reuse pre-designed questions for different surveys.

Quikchex has already provided a detailed and comprehensive question bank, categorized for convenience, further enhancing the efficiency of the survey creation process.

The Question Bank is divided into three types of surveys:

General Survey, Onboarding Survey, and Exit Interviews.

1. General Survey

You can view the same by navigating to Dashboard > Surveys > Question Bank > General Survey > Filter Icon > Select Category > Choose if it is an NPS question > Apply > Eye icon.

2. Onboarding Survey

You can view the same by navigating to Dashboard > Surveys > Question Bank > Onboarding Survey > Filter Icon > Select Category > Choose if it is an NPS question > Apply > Eye icon.

3. Exit Interviews.

You can view the same by navigating to Dashboard > Surveys > Question Bank > Exit Interview > Filter Icon > Select Category > Choose if it is an NPS question > Apply > Eye icon.
