How to Create a new question in General Survey /Onboarding Survey/ Exit Interviews?

If a desired question is not there in the question bank, you can create a new question as follows

Navigate through Dashboard > Survey > Question Bank > General Survey > My Questions > +Add New Question > Choose a Category

> Enter the Question > Select the question type > Enter options (if checkbox is selected) > select if comment should be enabled > select if comment is mandatory > Save
