What is a comp-off? How does it work?

• Comp-off means compensation off or compensatory off
• If you work on a given holiday or on your week-off (that is, a non-working day), you are eligible for a comp-off depending on your company’s policy. You can take an off on a working day against this comp-off
• In order to take leave against a comp-off, you will first need to request for a comp-off credit and then apply against that credit once approved
